Rob Lamkin is our CEO and leader here at Cool Earth Solar. As an electrical engineer with a lifelong passion for the clean energy sector, he brings decades of experience in utility scale, commercial and residential energy solutions to the table. His passion for clean energy and grid independence radiates from him in his day-to-day practices. He is the contractor of record at Cool Earth, holding solar and electrical licenses. As our electrical engineer of record, he personally reviews each and every project before the plans leave our engineering department.
- Rob is happily married to his wife, Jill, with whom he shares two beautiful adult children, Jacob and Jessa.
- In his free time, you can catch him enjoying his wife and daughter’s strong musical talents and performances.
- Rob also enjoys tennis, going to the gym and catching up with his son and friends over the occasional craft beer.
