Kyle Theile, R&D Engineer

Kyle brings five years of mechanical engineering experience and strong prototyping and machine shop skills to the Cool Earth team. Before joining up with Cool Earth, Kyle was part of the engineering team at the Applied Technology Division of Clorox Company. Kyle's career also includes positions with Thornhill Engineering and Chris Alston's Chassisworks.

In addition to his design abilities as a mechanical engineer, Kyle has several hands-on talents. He is an excellent welder and understands and develops mechanical systems, from rebuilding hot rods to creating prototype manufacturing equipment.

Kyle earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State University at Sacramento, where he graduated with honors.
