Cool Earth Solar, an innovative solar company providing clean energy, today announced the expansion of its corporate headquarters and production facility in Livermore, Calif. The company has signed a 25,724 square foot multi-year lease in the Arroyo Business Center at 4569 Las Positas Road in Livermore, providing an additional 13,000 square feet of space to the existing office. Michael Lloyd, SIOR of Colliers International, represented both Cool Earth Solar and the property owner, Pell Development, in this transaction.

The new office will be used primarily for production of Cool Earth Solar's concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) technology and for prototyping, manufacturing and additional employee workspace. The company is finalizing testing of its solar concentrators and required increased space and technology in the final push to product deployment. Cool Earth Solar's CPV system will be used to build solar power plants that the company will initially own and operate. Cool Earth Solar has also hired several new employees to expand the pace of its research and development.
