Optical Engineers

We have openings for optical engineers with experience in imaging and non-imaging optics and in optics design and optimization. You should also have knowledge of inexpensive replication technologies, materials, manufacturing issues and capabilities, and manufacturers. The ability to conceptualize, prototype, experiment, troubleshoot, and refine designs is a must; fluency with SolidWorks® is a plus.

Beyond that, you should be comfortable participating in rigorous and vigorous design reviews and be willing to engage in simple experimentation and research to resolve design issues.
